Hydrafacial & Facials

Hydrafacial is a device protocol that combines exfoliation, extraction and serum infusion in a single session. Because there is no manual squeezing, redness is minimal — which makes it the most popular treatment before an occasion.

The stages

The first stage lifts the dead cell layer gently. The second uses an acid blend to loosen the pores. The third draws out comedones and sebum plugs with a vacuum tip — less traumatic and more hygienic than manual extraction. The final stage infuses hydrating and antioxidant serums.

There are different serum protocols by skin type: salicylic-led for oily, acne-prone skin, hydration-led for dry and sensitive skin, and peptide and growth-factor blends in the anti-ageing protocol.

Our other facials

Alongside Hydrafacial we run medical, anti-ageing, detox and sensitive-skin facial protocols. These rely more on products and manual technique than on a device, and are built around different needs.

Which facial suits is decided after a digital skin analysis measuring hydration, sebum, pore size and UV pigmentation, so the treatment is specific rather than generic. The first skin analysis is free.

Common questions

Hydrafacial can be done on the day itself and leaves no redness. Even so, one or two days beforehand is the most comfortable timing. If it is your first, we suggest a week ahead so you can see how your skin responds.

It suits comedonal and mild acne, and is often beneficial. With inflamed, cystic acne, medical treatment comes first — device treatment during that phase can spread inflammation. We look at which stage you are at and decide.

Monthly suits most skins, matching the natural renewal cycle. For very oily skin it can move to every three weeks. A single session still helps, but lasting change needs regularity.

Yes, because how skin looks and how it measures are often different. Many people who consider themselves oily in fact have dehydrated skin overproducing sebum — and the care for those two situations is opposite. Without analysis there is a real risk of applying the right product to the wrong skin.
