All injectable treatments are performed by a clinician. Knowledge of vascular anatomy is the basic safety requirement for fillers, so we do not accept non-clinician delivery for these procedures. Hyaluronidase is always kept on site.

That depends on dose and planning. Going light at the first session and reviewing at two weeks is a simple but effective way of avoiding the commonest complaint — that too much was done. We also do not ignore your existing facial asymmetry; giving both sides the same dose usually magnifies it.

With botox and mesotherapy, the same day — redness at the injection points settles within a few hours. Fillers can involve two to five days of swelling depending on the area, most noticeably in the lips. For an important event we suggest booking at least two weeks ahead.

Botox every four to six months, hyaluronic acid fillers every nine to eighteen depending on region, Radiesse twelve to eighteen. Mesotherapy and Rejuran are planned as a course of sessions, followed by maintenance.

No. Botulinum toxin, fillers and mesotherapy are not carried out during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Skincare and suitable topical products can provide support during that period.

The first digital skin analysis is free and we review the results with you. If treatment goes ahead we measure again after three months and compare — so the result is discussed by numbers rather than impressions.

Usually six to eight, followed by one or two maintenance sessions a year. Intervals vary by region: four weeks on the face, six to eight on the legs. Hair and skin colour also affect the outcome, and we discuss that openly at the first assessment.

Superficial protocols yes, provided the sun rule is kept: no tanning for two weeks either side and SPF 50 throughout. We suggest leaving stronger peels and pigmentation protocols to the autumn.

Hydrafacial can be done on the day and leaves no redness. Treatments with a recovery period, such as microneedling, need at least two weeks. If it is your first time, we suggest a week ahead so you can see how your skin responds.

It fades over one to three years, which is an advantage: your skin tone and preferences change, and a fading pigment lets you adapt. It is a two-session procedure — the retouch four to six weeks after the first is part of the protocol.
